Step 1 – Choose an RM1 Purchase

Select the RM1 Purchase product you would like to participate in from one of the seven available product categories.

Step 2 – Purchase Participation Units

Every RM1 provides 1 Participation Unit and 1 unique Participation Number. The more Participation Units purchased, the more Participation Numbers the user receives for that RM1 Purchase.

Step 3 – Wait Until the RM1 Purchase Is Sold Out

When all available RM1 Purchase entries for a product are sold out, the system automatically conducts the draw immediately. There is no fixed draw time required.

Step 4 – Hold the Lucky Number

The system automatically generates the winning number. The user holding the corresponding winning Participation Number receives the prize.

Participation Numbers and the Instant Draw

Each Participation Unit corresponds to one unique Participation Number. Once an RM1 Purchase is sold out, the system automatically retrieves the last 100 valid participation records and calculates the Lucky Number using the published draw algorithm. The platform states that draw results are system-generated and cannot be modified or influenced by anyone. Users can refer to the Winning Number Calculation information for further calculation details.

Authentic Products, Shipping and Order Tracking

S91BOX states that RM1 Purchase prizes are 100% genuine and sourced from official brands or authorized distributors. Products valued at RM50 and above ship free, while products below RM50 carry a RM10 shipping fee. Orders are expected to ship within 1–15 business days and can be tracked through My Orders.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for personal preference, Blind Box random results, minor cosmetic imperfections or minor packaging damage caused during shipping. For products received with major damage, missing parts or an incorrect item, users should contact S91 Customer Support within 48 hours. RM1 Purchase Buyback transactions are subject to a 10% processing fee.

Participation Requirements and Platform Conduct

Users under 18 years old are not permitted to participate in platform activities. S91 reserves the right to cancel orders and rewards involving cheating, bots, multiple accounts, payment fraud or abuse of system vulnerabilities, and may recover improperly obtained benefits.
