S91BOX Terms of Service

Age and Legal Requirements

To use S91BOX, users must be at least 18 years of age, provide complete, accurate and up-to-date registration information, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Identity Verification

Users must complete identity verification (KYC) if requested by the Platform. S91 reserves the right to suspend or restrict accounts that do not satisfy these eligibility requirements.

One Account Per User

Each user may register and maintain only one account. Users are responsible for securing their login credentials, maintaining account confidentiality and all activities conducted through their accounts.

Account Restrictions

Users must not share, sell or transfer their accounts, or create multiple accounts to obtain unfair advantages. S91 may suspend, restrict or permanently terminate accounts associated with fraudulent activity, promotion abuse, multiple account creation or other violations of these Terms.

Services Available Through S91BOX

S91 provides various online services, including Blind Box purchases, digital collectibles, Buyback services, promotional campaigns, reward programs, physical prize redemption where applicable, and withdrawal services for eligible balances.

Changes to Platform Services

The Platform may modify, suspend or discontinue a service without prior notice. Availability of a particular feature or service may therefore change over time.

Blind Box Purchases and Prize Results

Every completed Blind Box purchase guarantees one prize. Prize results are generated randomly by the Platform’s system, while the corresponding product page displays the applicable prize probabilities.

Final Prize Results

Once a Blind Box purchase is completed, its prize result cannot be modified, exchanged or manually influenced. Winner records are publicly displayed on the relevant product page for transparency.

Prize Pool Availability

Each prize pool contains a fixed quantity of prizes. Once all prizes within a pool have been claimed, a new prize pool automatically becomes available. S91 states that its Blind Box system is intended to provide a fair and transparent experience.

Review Payment Details

Users are responsible for reviewing all payment information before confirming a transaction. Payment processing is also subject to the policies of the selected payment provider.

Successful Payments and Top-Up Balances

Successful payments are final. Top-up balances are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Suspicious Transactions

S91 reserves the right to reject or cancel transactions identified as suspicious for security purposes.

Buyback Eligibility and Value

Certain prizes may be eligible for the Buyback feature. Where Buyback is available, its value is determined solely by S91 and may change without prior notice.

Buyback Transactions

Buyback transactions become final once confirmed. All RM1 Purchase Buyback transactions are subject to a 10% processing fee, and Buyback balances remain subject to the Platform’s withdrawal rules.

Eligible Withdrawable Balances

Only balances designated by S91 as withdrawable are eligible for withdrawal. Identity verification (KYC) may be required before a withdrawal is processed.

Daily Withdrawal Limits

Users may submit a maximum of three withdrawal requests per calendar day, with a maximum cumulative withdrawal amount of RM10,000 per calendar day.

Withdrawal Review

Withdrawal requests are subject to security screening and risk assessment. S91 may delay, reject, suspend or cancel a withdrawal when suspicious activity, fraud, regulatory concerns or security risks are identified.

Campaign and Referral Activities

S91 may organize promotional events, reward campaigns, referral programs and limited-time activities. Participation is subject to the specific rules published for each campaign on the Platform.

Campaign Changes and Disqualification

S91 reserves the right to modify campaign mechanics, cancel or suspend campaigns, disqualify users involved in fraudulent or abusive activity, and revoke rewards obtained through violations of applicable campaign rules.

Prohibited Activities

Users must not create or operate multiple accounts, use bots, scripts or automated tools, abuse promotions or referral programs, manipulate prize systems or platform activities, submit false information, engage in illegal, fraudulent or deceptive activities, or infringe intellectual property rights belonging to S91 or third parties.

Consequences of Violations

Violations of the Platform rules may result in account suspension, reward forfeiture or permanent account termination, depending on the circumstances.

Platform Content and Ownership

Platform content, including logos, graphics, images, software, text, product information and platform design, belongs to S91 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Restrictions on Use

Platform content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or otherwise used without prior written permission from S91.

Temporary Service Interruptions

S91 strives to maintain uninterrupted services, but temporary interruptions may occur because of system maintenance, software updates, technical failures, third-party service disruptions or events beyond the Platform’s reasonable control.

Service Interruption Liability

Under these Terms, S91 states that it is not liable for losses arising from temporary service interruptions. This provision remains subject to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Scope of Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, S91 states that it is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from user negligence, third-party payment providers, logistics providers, internet or network failures, or force majeure events.

Rights Under Applicable Law

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Updates to the Terms of Service

S91 may revise its Terms of Service from time to time. Updated versions become effective immediately when published on the Platform.

Continued Platform Use

Continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms. Users should therefore review the applicable Terms when using S91BOX.

Laws of Malaysia

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from these Terms should first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Malaysia.
